We’ve all taken flights to travel to far-off locations, but who has ever considered using an airplane as a permanent residence? Yes, there is a person who has made it possible, and his name is none other than Mr Bruce Campbell. The 68-year-old retired industrial recycler made the most of his skills to transform a decommissioned Boeing 727-200 into his permanent home.

In 1999, the former Boeing aeroplane was bought for $100,000, and another $120,000 was invested to make it a usable living area. The interior has 1055 square feet of area. The principal entry to the location is a ladder, and the cockpit has been converted into a reading room. Bruce has really put a lot of effort and money into making this jet as comfortable as a typical home.
