Number 4 – Sewer House, Colombia
Sewer house is one of the strangest places you can imagine where people actually live. A couple in Colombia has been spending their life for almost 22 years living in a sewer. Restrepo, a 62-year-old man, his wife Mariagarciaand along with their dog are living in the underground sewers of Medellin.
They installed fans, a television, a stove, and ovens that are all directly connected to the electricity grid in order to make the most of the little space. The pair describes the area as arid and peaceful, and they are overjoyed to reside there. The couple hasn’t received any notice from local authorities despite the fact that they are technically homeless and might be forced to use the sewage.
