Kevin Mitnick is one of the most famous hackers ever, often seen as one of the greatest. The US Department of Justice once called him the “most wanted computer criminal in U.S. history.” Mitnick hacked into databases across America and went into hiding for two years, just for the thrill of it.
Though he had access to countless credit cards, he never stole any money; he simply enjoyed the challenge. After being caught and serving time in prison, Mitnick turned his life around and now works as a security consultant.
